Orders made before 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day, except during very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods. During very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods, we still dispatch the vast majority of orders same day, but unfortunately cannot guarantee this for all orders. UK DELIVERY

UK delivery is £3 and shipped via DPD , Delivery time frames are 2-4 business days.

DPD will provide options for leaving in a safe place, with a neighbour or at a local pick up shop.

RETURNING GOODS FROM THE UK

We understand that sometimes people wish to return goods for a variety of reasons. That's why we offer an easy FREE UK 30 days returns policy. It's our gentlemen's agreement.

Unwanted goods must be returned in an unused, fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

DELIVERY TO EU MEMBER COUNTRIES

We are delighted to confirm that we ship to every country in Europe.

You will be pleased to know that we will ship all orders to EU member countries with VAT and duties pre-paid at no extra charge to our
customers.

Orders are shipped in batches to our depot in the Netherlands who then ship the orders individually with DPD.

Due to this you will not receive the dispatch email with a tracking link right away.

RETURNING GOODS FROM EUROPE

We have set up a European returns depot in the Netherlands. You will receive paperwork with a website link to our returns portal. Please submit your return through this. You will be provided with the return address and instructions through the portal.

Please note orders must not be returned to our UK address.

If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of return postage is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, we will pay the cost of returning the item. Proof of postage costs will be required.

DELIVERY TO THE US

US orders are now shipped via UPS on a express service. We aim to get your parcel to you within 2-4 business days.

There is a shipping charge of $20 on all orders under $400. Please be advised that customs and duty charges may apply, in which case the courier will reach out to collect payment.

Please check your countries customs information to obtain an idea of what you may be charged.

Failure to pay the fees will result in the shipment being returned at a heavy cost to us which may be deducted from your refund.

RETURNING GOODS FROM THE US

We have now introduced a new way of returning goods. The paperwork inside your parcel will have a link and QR code to our returns portal. The portal will give you option to obtain a UPS label. If returning for a refund then the label will be charged at £20 which will be deducted from the refund total. If returning for an exchange then the return is free of charge.

DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

For customers located outside of the UK, EU and the US, your orders will be sent via FedEx.

We offer shipping to most countries around the world at a £30 charge.

If we ship to you then you will be able to select your country at
Checkout. Delivery time frames can vary but we expect most to be delivered within 5-8 business days.

Please be advised Customs and duties with be payable. These are put in place by your countries government. The courier will reach out to you to capture the funds.

RETURNING GOODS FROM REST OF THE WORLD

We have now introduced a returns portal for all returns. You will receive paperwork with a link to the portal inside your parcel. Using this customers outside of the EU such as Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Canada and the rest of the world have the option to purchase a returns label from us. We understand that returning items to the UK from many of these countries can be very costly. Thich is why we have introduced this to minimise additional costs and make the return process easier.
